In any case, Users can modify their preferences regarding the sending of push notifications or commercial communications, or disable them completely, in the user area. g) In the event that Users participate in the chat forum with their contact or Companies, the information, data and documents that Users share and their profile data shall be available to these contacts and Companies.

For this purpose, MYNGA must be able to communicate Users’ personal data to the MYNGA entities and Commercial Communications Policy, and which may provide Users with access to the offers available in each of the markets in which these entities operate, as well as display User profiles in searches carried out by the Companies in each of the markets in which these entities operate.
No further data communications are envisaged, unless they are necessary to comply with a legal obligation.
